Main Feature of High Purity Ammonia Storage Tank

1. High purity ammonia used in semiconductor and photovoltaic fields has extremely strict requirements for the purity of the medium during storage and transportation, and there are high manufacturing technical barriers. By absorbing and converting the advanced manufacturing technology experience in the industry, CIMC Hongtu tries to innovate multi-channel polishing technology to meet the storage and transportation needs of fixed small pressure storage tanks, mobile pressure tankers and large engineering spherical tanks with purity of 7N (i.e. 99.9999%). 2. By using mirror polishing process, the roughness of all surfaces in contact with medium in the tank reaches a high mirror effect of less than 0.2um. 3. Purified water cleaning process is adopted to achieve no surface adsorption, no surface chemical reaction, no particle shedding, and the free impurity content in the tank is less than 0.1ppm. 4. Select special valves, instruments and safety accessories for high purity ammonia, made of 316L material, with good corrosion resistance.
